Planting Day at Botany Wetland

New volunteers from South-East Sydney had the chance to be part of our planting work, enhancing the habitat for native birds and other fauna at Botany Wetlands. FOGA manages the Freshwater Wetland plant community, undertaking habitat restoration and enhancement with our community of volunteers supported by Bayside Council.

Multicultural engagement activities allowed volunteers to better understand and help one of our more elusive native birds species who need a helping hand to bring them back from the brink of extinction.
